eBook Club credits can be used for eligible ebooks in any language available in the catalogue. Your account language does not restrict your choice. This also applies to credits you can still redeem after cancellation. A lack of new titles in your preferred language alone does not qualify for the stated catalogue-shortage compensation if eligible ebooks remain available in other languages. All eligible languages count when assessing that compensation.
Book Club plans with 20 or more books a year and customer-selected titles: you choose the books from all available languages and must submit your selection. We do not promise that number of books in a specific language. A lack of titles in your preferred language or failure to submit your selection alone is not a failure by Montarion Universe and does not qualify for missing-book compensation if eligible titles are available in other languages. We remain responsible for sending your eligible selections within the plan deadlines.
Mystery books: choose one or two languages when joining; the books must match those languages. If we cannot send all books owed because titles in those languages are unavailable by the annual deadline below — 13 months after joining in the first year — you qualify for the compensation options below. This rule repeats each membership year. These conditions do not limit your mandatory statutory rights.

Priority support included
Montarion Reserva Signature
A range uses its final year for the reservation: 2027/2028 means 2028, with possible earlier release; 2026/2027 means 2027. Sets contain only volumes assigned to the same year. Each volume can be reserved individually. A Guerra da Criação is planned for 2026. Primary languages: Portuguese, English and Spanish. Secondary languages are those eligible in the A Conspiração Sombria packs. Other languages require a free request and individual approval before payment. The author opens final payment and notifies you of the balance, shipping and normal 5-day payment window. Extra time may be granted. Five days do not automatically cancel the reservation. Credit is deducted once; the balance is not charged automatically.

For an upgrade choose: 1) keep the current plan to the end of the paid period and change at renewal, with no difference payable now; or 2) pay the proportional difference for the time remaining to renewal and activate new benefits after payment confirmation. The renewal date stays unchanged. Downgrades take effect only at renewal, without deleting acquired ebooks.
After cancellation, benefits end with the paid period. Delivered books and acquired ebooks remain; Infinity-only access ends.
Cancellation, books and goodwill gifts
For monthly Book Club and bundles including it, books already received are yours. Completing 4, 8 or 12 paid months earns the books scheduled for that milestone; any not yet received will be sent. Count time to the effective end of the paid period, within each subscription year.
Monthly cancellation outside the 14-day withdrawal period includes one additional commercial goodwill gift according to the month reached. It does not replace books already owed or statutory rights, and is not accumulated for every past month.

For withdrawal within 14 days, we refund the amount paid, deducting only the lawful proportion for days of service actually supplied following an express early-start request and advance information. No new book benefits or these goodwill gifts are awarded. Returns of goods already received and other rights follow applicable law.
After 14 days on an annual plan, cancellation of renewal or a downgrade takes effect at the end of the prepaid annual period. Keep the plan and benefits until then. The monthly goodwill gifts in this table do not apply to annual plans; mandatory rights remain.
What if books from your plan are missing?
Book Club plans with 20 or more books a year and customer-selected titles: you choose the books from all available languages and must submit your selection. We do not promise that number of books in a specific language. A lack of titles in your preferred language or failure to submit your selection alone is not a failure by Montarion Universe and does not qualify for missing-book compensation if eligible titles are available in other languages. We remain responsible for sending your eligible selections within the plan deadlines.
Mystery books: choose one or two languages when joining; the books must match those languages. If we cannot send all books owed because titles in those languages are unavailable by the annual deadline below — 13 months after joining in the first year — you qualify for the compensation options below. This rule repeats each membership year. These conditions do not limit your mandatory statutory rights.
This guarantee covers the physical Book Club and bundles that include it. Each membership year, we have until one month after the anniversary to dispatch all books due for that year. In the first year this is 13 months after membership starts. The rule repeats every year.
Example: join on 1 November 2026. The first year's deadline is 1 December 2027; the second year's is 1 December 2028, and so on.
If your membership remains active and books are still undispatched at that deadline, email us to choose, per missing book: a 30 € shop voucher with no minimum purchase, or 20 € transferred to your bank account. The 20 € payment is made within 30 days after the annual deadline above.
If books already owed remain unsent at the effective end of membership, we have 30 days from that end to settle. Choose by email: the missing books or, for each unsent book, a €30 voucher with no minimum spend or €20 by bank transfer. Your choice is respected. For annual plans the deadline starts at the end of the paid period, not when cancellation of renewal is requested.
To request: email us identifying your membership, missing books and preferred option. For 2 missing books, compensation is 60 € in vouchers or 40 € by bank transfer.

Primeiro envio: os livros já traduzidos
Quando compras, separamos a coleção inicial em dois grupos. O grupo A reúne os livros que já existem na língua escolhida. Esses livros seguem juntos, num primeiro envio expedido até 30 dias após a confirmação da compra. Não tens de esperar pelas traduções dos outros livros para receber este grupo.
Segundo envio: os livros que aguardam tradução
O grupo B reúne os livros da tua coleção inicial que ainda precisam de tradução para a língua escolhida. A tradução, a revisão, a impressão e a expedição deste segundo grupo têm de ficar concluídas até 4 meses depois da compra. Os livros seguem juntos num único segundo envio. Não pagas mais por essas traduções ou pelos portes económicos.
Prazo para receber a coleção inicial completa
Até 5 meses depois da compra, tens de ter recebido todos os livros da lista inicial, incluindo os do primeiro e do segundo envio. Este é o prazo de chegada à tua morada, não apenas o prazo de envio. Exemplo: se comprares em 10 de janeiro, as traduções do segundo grupo ficam prontas até 10 de maio e toda a coleção inicial deve chegar até 10 de junho. A tua conta mostra os livros de cada grupo e o estado dos envios.
Que próximos lançamentos estão incluídos
Além da coleção inicial, recebes um exemplar dos novos livros de José Monteiro dentro do Montarion Universe cuja data oficial de lançamento seja pelo menos 1 mês depois da tua compra e até ao último dia do período que escolheste.
Por exemplo, se comprares em 10 de janeiro por 1 ano, entram os novos lançamentos de 10 de fevereiro até 10 de janeiro do ano seguinte. Um livro lançado antes de 10 de fevereiro não entra como lançamento futuro; se já fizer parte da lista inicial da compra, recebes esse livro pela coleção inicial. Os livros abrangidos continuam a ser-te devidos mesmo que a entrega ocorra depois do fim do plano.
Envio antes do lançamento
O objetivo é expedir cada novo livro incluído 30 dias antes da sua data oficial e entregá-lo na tua morada antes do lançamento. A entrega antes do lançamento é garantida para os novos livros abrangidos.
A partir do início do teu 3.º mês, também fica garantida a expedição, no máximo, até 30 dias antes do lançamento; podemos enviar antes. Nos primeiros 2 meses, a expedição com essa antecedência depende de a tradução, impressão e os 14 dias iniciais já estarem concluídos.
Algumas línguas podem exigir até 3 meses de preparação da tradução: a Montarion tem de organizar essa preparação para cumprir as garantias, e esse trabalho não elimina a compensação devida se falhar. Se a data oficial for adiada antes da expedição, o calendário é atualizado e recebes o aviso na tua conta.
Exemplos de próximos lançamentos
Exemplo 1: compras em 10 de janeiro e um livro sai em 25 de janeiro. Não entra como lançamento futuro porque ainda não passou 1 mês.
Exemplo 2: compras em 10 de janeiro e um livro sai em 20 de fevereiro. Entra na oferta; a entrega antes de 20 de fevereiro é garantida, mas a antecedência de 30 dias para o envio ainda depende da preparação nos teus primeiros 2 meses.
Exemplo 3: compras em 10 de janeiro e um livro sai em 20 de abril. Já estás no 3.º mês ou depois: o envio está previsto para 21 de março, tem de ser feito até 21 de março e o livro tem de chegar antes de 20 de abril. Não tens de fazer outra compra nem pagar esse livro ou os portes económicos.
Se falharmos um prazo garantido
Recebes 20 € na tua conta bancária por cada livro afetado e por cada incumprimento de uma obrigação garantida, até 30 dias depois da falha. Isto inclui os prazos garantidos da coleção inicial, a expedição antecipada quando aplicável e a entrega de um novo lançamento antes da data oficial. A mesma obrigação não é compensada duas vezes. Continuamos obrigados a entregar o livro e mantêm-se os teus direitos legais. Indicas os dados bancários na tua área privada para receber a transferência.
