The author checks that the edition has not sold out and that shipping to your country is possible. Approval is normally provided within 48 hours by email and in My Account. Once approved, your number is temporarily held and payment instructions appear in both places. You have 10 days to pay. After that deadline, the author reserves the right to release the number and cancel the payment link. The number is final only after payment confirmation.

All options require the author’s technical approval. Cloth, coil and other options appear only when enabled for the title. A black-and-white interior can have a colour cover.
For personalisation and Unique 1/1, the author reviews your choices and confirms the final price. For European, International and Dual editions, the author confirms availability and shipping to your country. The total including taxes and shipping is disclosed before payment. You proceed only if you accept. Preparation and final numbering follow manual payment confirmation.

Dispatch within 30 days after payment confirmation; this is a dispatch deadline, not an arrival guarantee. Shipping costs are disclosed before payment. If dispatch does not occur within that period, you may request cancellation and a refund without prejudice to statutory rights. After payment, cancellation for a simple change of mind is excluded where the copy is made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised under the legal exception. Collector’s editions likewise require actual personalisation: numbering alone does not remove mandatory rights. Before paying, you may decline the proposal freely. Rights for defects, wrong items and loss or transit damage not attributable to the customer remain protected.
