MONTARIONUNIVERSEThe Beginning of the End · Part I — The Montarion Cycle
Discovering the reptilians wasn’t the start of the war. It was just the revelation of something much older.
After the events that shook Porto, humanity finally learns the truth. But that truth didn't bring safety—it opened the door to a conflict that started millions of years before our species was born. While José Monteiro and Ja Ha Si await the birth of the twins, the children have visions of a devastated future. At the same time, secrets buried in forgotten labs and traces of ancient civilizations lead José to the genetic origin of humanity and the meaning of a name that spans ages: Montarion. Each discovery brings him closer to an impossible conclusion. José might not just be the man destined to face the war. It could be the final piece of a cycle that started long before he existed. HUMAN. REPTILIAN. OR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE EXISTED. The cycle had begun. Or maybe... it had never ended.
