Discovering the reptilians was not the beginning of the war. It was only the revelation of something far older.
After the events that shook Porto, Humanity finally knows the truth. But that truth brought no safety — it opened the door to a conflict that began millions of years before the birth of our species.
While José Monteiro and Ja Ha Si await the birth of their twins, the children reveal visions of a devastated future. At the same time, secrets buried in forgotten laboratories and in the remnants of ancient civilizations lead José to Humanity’s genetic origins and the meaning of a name that spans the ages: Montarion.
Every discovery brings him closer to an impossible conclusion. José may not be merely the man destined to face the war. He may be the final piece of a cycle that began long before his existence.
HUMAN. REPTILIAN. OR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD NEVER HAVE EXISTED.
The cycle had begun. Or perhaps... it had never ended.
