Standard reservation: early dispatch

Pay 25–20 days before release. Dispatch is due by 15 days before release. If we miss this deadline for a reason attributable to Montarion Universe, we refund 50% of the fee within 14 days. Early dispatch does not guarantee arrival before release in this option.

The payment window runs from 25 to 20 days before release. Email and My Account notifications show the price, discounts, credit, shipping and remaining balance.

Payment is late if it is not made within the window from 25 to 20 days before release. If you pay after that deadline, a ready book is dispatched within 72 business hours of payment confirmation. Delay caused solely by late payment does not earn the 50% compensation.

If preparation needs longer, dispatch may take place up to 30 days after release. If dispatch has not occurred by 15 days before release for a reason attributable to Montarion Universe, we refund 50% of the service fee actually paid within 14 days of that failure. Beyond the applicable maximum deadline, compensation becomes 100% in total, less what has already been compensated.

Only the fee actually paid counts. 50% and 100% do not add together: only the remaining difference is payable. Processing is due within 14 days of the triggering event.

If only a planned year is given, the exact release date is not confirmed. Deadlines use the release date announced for each volume; confirmed dates and changes are notified by email and in the account. No release day is invented.

The final book price and shipping will be shown before final payment. You can cancel before final purchase and recover the advance under the terms. For sets, the advance is divided among the volumes, with a final payment and deadline for each volume. No automatic renewal.

The fee pays for the reservation service. Only the advance is credited towards your book.

Your plan’s pre-release discount applies to the books first. The advance is then credited, including eligible shipping. Any excess is settled or refunded.

Cancellation of release, failure to release in the announced year or postponement exceeding three months from the first exact announced date triggers the cancellation and refund rules. The purchase advance remains separate.

Cancellation: what is refunded?

Within 14 days of joining the reservation service in Europe or 7 days outside Europe, both the fee and the advance are refunded.

After those 14/7 days, the service fee IS NOT REFUNDED for voluntary cancellation. Afterwards it is refunded wholly or partly only for deadlines missed by Montarion Universe or non-delivery attributable to the carrier.

Before final payment, the advance is ALWAYS REFUNDED on cancellation: €25, €50, €14, €9, €32 or €22, depending on the option.

After final purchase and receipt, statutory return rights remain. Where applicable, the book-price refund includes the advance already used. Original and return shipping follow the applicable destination law.

Statutory rights, separately

This commercial policy does not remove mandatory rights. In the EU, service withdrawal generally runs from the contract and goods withdrawal from receipt. Mixed contracts depend on the main supply. The 7 days outside Europe are a commercial minimum and do not shorten longer legal periods. Carrier incidents do not remove the seller’s obligations.

The fee refund is commercial compensation and does not replace any legally due refund of books, advances or shipping. Statutory withdrawal, delivery and conformity rights remain. Silence does not mean acceptance of a new release date.
